Job Description
eLumit is an architectural lighting website that serves architects and other lighting
specifiers with lighting search and project management webservices. We have a growing
usebase of 8800 registers users that need to know that communication lines are open
and that their feedback is important to us. The ideal candidate will have a history
in dealing with vibrant online communities. The candidate should have experience
in learning and eventually supporting web-services, with a goal in incorporating
user feedback to assist in future development.
Individual relationships with users should be nurtured and grown; the candidate
will assist in creating incentive structures to encourage word of mouth growth.
The candidate should also have experience in crafting public messages via emails
and social media networks as part of a larger community growth strategy.

Principal Responsibilities
Establish relationships with entire existing user-base;
Set and achieve community growth goals;
Liaise with sales team to provide accurate community activity and growth projections
to help the sales process;
Investigate paid account options for corporate clients;
Open to local travel initially to establish cost effective in-person relationships;
Establish community management strategy nationwide and internationally;

Qualifications
2 years applicable community management experience;
Must be results oriented;
Possess superior writing and customer services skills;
Preference will be given to candidate with experience in the architectural lighting
industry and/or other B2B communities.

|

Job Description
At eLumit.com, the premier architectural lighting search and specification resource, we're always
looking for talented and capable salespeople to support us in becoming the the best
place to find and specify lighting products. We are located in New York City, but
the right candidate will work remotely. Ideal candidates are familiar with the architectural
lighting industry and have experience with selling advertising or marketing services
to companies of all sizes.

Principal Responsibilities
Actively seek and procure new clients;
Achieve sales goals while reinforcing eLumit's high brand value;
Maintain client relationships by collaborating with content team to provide top
notch service and meet deadlines;
Acquire thorough understanding of growing services offering;
Open to occasional travel nationwide to attend industry trade shows.

Qualifications
2 years of applicable sales experience;
Must be results oriented;
Possess strong time management, communication and negotiation skills;
Able to adapt to a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment;
Preference will be given to candidate with at least one year of experience in the
architectural lighting industry and/or web services sales experience.
